Ha Long Bay 3 days and 2 nights

DAY 01

7:45:                Hotel pick-up.

12:30:              Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour, Ha Long City.

12:45:              Enjoy a welcome drink onboard the Tonkin Cruise boat.

13:15:              Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch while cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay and into Ha Long Bay.

15:40:              Visit Vung Ha beach for kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in one of the Bay’s hidden coves.

17:00:              Relax back at the boat as we cruise into the secluded Dong Tien Lake where the boat will anchor overnight.

17:30:              Sunset party and happy hour on the sundeck.

18:00:              Cooking class offering lessons in traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

19:30:              Barbeque dinner on the sundeck.

20:45:             Relax and enjoy the evening or choose from a variety of activities including board games and squid fishing.   

DAY 02

6: 30:               Rise early for morning tai chi on the sundeck.

7:15:               Enjoy a light breakfast before transferring to a smaller boat for the day’s activities.

8:30:                Visit Soi Sim Beach for swimming, hiking, beach games, and relaxation time. Activities at the beach include football, volleyball, and stand-up paddle boarding. You will also have the opportunity to hik to the top of a small hill for fantastic panoramic views across the Bay. 

10:30:              Explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most impressive of Ha long Bay’s extensive cave system.

12:00:              Enjoy a freshly prepared multi-course lunch of local seafood.  

14:00:              Take to the kayaks and venture into the Dark and Bright Cave.

17:00:              Return to the boat where it is time to relax and enjoy your second night on the Bay. 

DAY 03

6: 30:               Rise early for morning tai chi on the sundeck.

7:15:                Enjoy a light breakfast while cruising to Vung Vien fishing village.

8:30:                Explore Vung Vien village and learn about life in Ha Long Bay communities.

10:00:              Return to the boat for check out.

10:30:              Enjoy the last of the Ha Long Bay scenery over brunch as the boat cruises back to shore.

12:00               Transfer back to Hanoi.

16:00:              Drop-off at hotel in Hanoi.

Ha Long bay one day trip

Our day trip leads you to the famous Halong Bay and through the most attractive areas of the Tonkin Golf. Our well-designed cruising route offers you an excellent opportunity to see the most beautiful high points, in and around the water of the World Heritage site, in a very relaxed way. You witness the tranquil beauty and breathtaking scenery from sundeck of a comfortably traditional junk, from which you can enjoy the bay landscapes, the serene floating village which are slowly passing by.

Am:    We come to pick you up at your hotel from 8h00 for 3.5 hours bus ride through the country side of the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Water buffaloes, paddy fields (rice transplanting time: February and June) and daily Vietnamese farmer life are on both sides of the way.

Pm:    Arrive in Halong City around noon, we board a traditional wooden junk and start the cruising trip to the centre of the bay. Fresh seafood lunch (vegetable menu available) is served while the boat is gliding out. Get ready for exotic photos and absorbing the most magnificent natural splendors, limestone bedrocks and sheer cliffs of tiny islands highlighted with fanciful names: Fighting Cocks (symbol of Halong Bay), Duck, Finger, Incense Burner, and Stone Dogs.

Stopping for a rowing boat trip around Ba Hang Floating village then keep cruising to the most beautiful cave named Thien Cung (Heaven Palace Grotto) and explore huge chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites of all kinds. Continue to enjoy this relaxing cruise on the way back to Ha Long harbor, our waiting vehicle transfers you back to Hanoi. Trip ends at your hotel around 19h30.
