TOM - TAHST 9: Sa Pa – Y Linh Ho – Giang Ta Chai – Seo My Ty – Ta Trung Ho – Ban Ho – My Son – Nam Sai – Nam Nhiu – Sin Chai – Ta Thang – Lao Cai station

( 7 days and 6 nights)

Day 1 : Sa Pa – Sin Chai – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai (B,L,D)

Arrive Lao Cai station you will meet local tour guide the drive uphill to Sa Pa for breakfast. Trek from Sa Pa to Sin Chai for overlooking the roof of Indochina at 3143 M above the sea level. Continue trek to Cat Cat village to visit Black H'mong minority people.Relaxing beside the waterfall .You will have lunch near by stream in Y Linh Ho village. After lunch trek to Lao Chai where excellent panoramas of the larger valley, paddy terraced fields and the H’mong village . You will stay overnight in local houses.

Day 2: Lao Chai – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai (B,L,D)

Next morning after having breakfast, the trek continues towards the Red Dao village in Giang Ta Chai. On the way you will trek up and downhill then through bamboo forest. The village of Giang Ta Chai is the next stop, which we will reach by following a path over a bridge. Lunch will be provided near a waterfall. In the afternoon you will walk around village and stay overnight in Red Dao family.

Day 3: Giang Ta Chai – Seo Mi Ty – Den Thang (B,L,D)

After having breakfast, trek up to Seo Mi Ty village. Admire beautiful scenery en route to mountain range Hoang Lien and Muong Hoa valley. Trek through the forest and reach the village of Den Thang. The village isolated. You will stay overnight in H’mong family.

Day 4: Den Thang – Ta Trung Ho – Ban Ho (B,L,D)

We leave Den Thang village and trek to Ta Trung Ho for lunch . After lunch we continue trek down to Ban Ho. There live the Tay tribe with their special wooden houses on stills, which are sure to amaze you. Overnight in Ban Ho village.

Day 5: Ban Ho – Nam Toong – My Son – Nam Sai (B,L,D)

Trek to Lave waterfall before trek uphill to Nam Toong village. You will walk trough the forest to reach the village of My Son,populated by the Xa Pho mainority people. The Xa Pho are around 4000 people in Vietnam. Continuing our trek. We walk through the valley of Nam Sai. We reach the village of Nam Sai to the end of the day. Dinner and overnight at the inhabitant.

Day 6: Nam Sai  - Nam Nhiu – Sin Chai B (B,L,D)

We say thank you and goodbye people in Nam Sai. We walk on a great path to village of Nam Nhiu for lunch. After lunch we will keep trekking to Sin Chai B village,inhabited by the Red Dao people. Dinner and stay overnight in Sin Chai B.

 Day 7: Sin Chai B – Nam Ket – Ta Thang – Lao Cai (B,L,D)

After breakfast,we follow a small path to reach the foot of the valley . Then we start to climb towards the village of Nam Ket,populated by Tay and Red Dao minorites. Opportunity to visit the village before continuing on to Ta Thang village. You will enjoy the beautiful valley before transfer to Lao Cai station for shower and dinner then catch the night train back to Ha Noi.

TOM - TAHST 5: Lao Cai – Can Cau – Ta Van Chu – Bac Ha

                                                (3 days and 2 nights)   

Day 1 (BLD): Lao Cai - Can Cau - Ta Van Chu(Saturday market)

Your local tour guide picks you up at Lao Cai railway station . After having breakfast, we transfer you to Can Cau Market by van, arriving market you will have time to wander around, check out what's on offer & take photos. After having lunch at noon we go to Lung Phinh by van, then we will walk to Ta Van Chu off the beaten track for about 6 kilometres! You will then arrive at Ta Van Chu (the Village of Flower H'Mong), where you will stay for dinner and overnight on Paradise Hill.

Day 2(BLD): Ta Van Chu - Bac Ha (Sunday market)

We will leave Ta Van Chu  and start the 4 hour trek (12 kilometres) to the Bac Ha market. After spending 2 hours looking through the markets, we will have lunch in local restaurant. After that we walk to Ban Pho village in the afternoon (3 hours). In the village we will meet the Flower H'Mong ethnic people and their traditional customs and cloth making. You can try the homemade corn wine of the Flower H'Mong people. You will have dinner and spend the night in Na Hoi village of Nung people.

Day 3(BLD): Bac Ha - Thai Giang Pho – Trung Do

We start the day at 9AM, walking our way towards the Thai Giang Pho Village for 2 hours, which is also a village of the Flower H'mong people. Along the way to Thai Giang Pho we will pass several hamlets, gardens and terraced fields. After this you will then transfer to Trung Do Village, where we will enjoy a magical water buffalo cart ride while traveling through amazing countryside inhabited by the happy and hospitable Tay minority people. From the village we will travel by boat down the Chay River to experience the picturesque scenery and magnificent sights along the river. After the boat trip we will enjoy a refreshing cup of tea before our driver transports you to either Sa Pa or Lao Cai station at your request.

TOM - TAHST 3: Lao Cai – Can Cau – Ban Pho – Na Hoi – Trung Do

Day 1 Saturday(BLD): Starting from Lao Cai, you will first visit Can Cau market. It is small but extremely colorful, set on mountains near the Chinese border. You can see many ethnic minorities people going to the market from the villages to sell or buy goods. The Flower H’mong minority is the most common here, their colorful dresses make it the most beautiful sight. You will spend the whole morning there, then go to Ta Van Chu Village for picnic lunch. From here you will trek downhill to Ban Pho village, you will enjoy panorama of Bac Ha town. Continue trek to Na Hoi village for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Sunday(BLD): We visit the big market and colorful ethnic people of the Flower H'mong, Phu La and Dao Tuyen minorities, who gather here to buy and sell their handicraft products. After spending the morning exploring the market, your lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch we drive downhill to start a short walk to Trung Do Village which is home to the Tay minority. Here you can visit a traditional Tay house. We will then travel by boat through amazing countryside to Bao Nhai Village. Transfer you back to Sa Pa or Lao Cai station at your request.

TOM - TAHST 2: Sa Pa - Suoi Ho - Ma Tra - Ta Phin - Ban Khoang - Silver Water - Heaven's Gate

Day 1 (LD):  We leave Sa Pa town and start trekking to Suoi Ho village to see the tea plantations and cardamon gardens. Follow the buffalo trails to visit the hospitable villages of the Black H’mong minority people at Ma Tra. After passing a school and some scenic views enroute, a picnic lunch will be served. Dinner is provided at a home stay in Ta Phin village. Overnight you stay in the traditional house of the Red Dzao people.

Day 2 (BL): After breakfast in  Ta Phin we follow an untouched trail through Red Dao of Ban Khoang village, you will have lunch along the way. Around noon we will reach the road where we meet the car for transfer to Silver Waterfall (best seen in the rainy season from May to November), take a short walk to the waterfall where great views are offered of the surrounding mountains and lush forests of the Hoang Lien National Park. Along the way your guide will explain about this special part of Sa Pa, where many tree species are grown such as plum and peach trees. Continue by car 10 minutes up to Heaven's Gate, from here you can see Fansipan mountain ‘the roof of Indochina’ at the height of 3143 meters above sea level. Drive back to Sa Pa.
